Hi, I’m Lucy. Career Wellbeing Coach

I am passionate about helping people to make better work choices. Having been through my own career changes, I know about the self-imposed barriers that can get in our way if we let them. Through coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of clients gain the clarity, confidence, and courage needed to change their work lives for the better, and elevate their career wellbeing. And I’m here to help you too.

I recreated my work story and I’m here to help you do the same

I’m Lucy Sanderson-Gammon, a career coach living on a lifestyle block in rural New Zealand doing work I love and growing flowers in my spare time. Sounds idyllic, but it’s been a long time coming… I’ve had my share of burning out in previous incarnations. I had an earlier career in corporate communications and, like many, I fell into the trap of taking on too much and thinking I could do it all, to the point where it wasn’t so enjoyable any more. Eventually I got to an age and stage where I realised I actually had a choice. I quit my corporate job, started my own business and began the process of figuring out what I would do if I did it on purpose. That’s when I came to career coaching.

I wanted to help people get to a place where they too could do what they love and have a better worklife. So I retrained and I’ve since spent literally thousands of hours coaching hundreds of clients, and have seen the remarkable changes people can make once they have clarity on what matters to them and what they have to offer, and have recognised what might be holding them back.
